ORDERING

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order, browse our website and add items to your cart. When ready, go to your cart and click "Checkout". Follow the prompts to complete your order details, shipping address, and payment.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed. We process orders quickly so please review carefully before completing checkout.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Use this number to monitor delivery progress.

We offer standard 7-9 day and express 9-11 day shipping within the US. International shipping to select countries is also available.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Delivery times vary based on method and location, but standard shipping takes 5-7 business days within the US, while express shipping takes 7-9 business days.
